Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
A. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs or return shipping costs.
We ask you to pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage.
Exclusion of cancellation: Products labeled "Starter Bundle" or "Reseller Bundle" are excluded from cancellation and cannot be returned.
To register your return, please log in to your customer account on our website. There, you'll find access to the returns portal in the "Orders" section.
B. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods or received proof of shipment of the returned goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the date of your cancellation notice. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The buyer shall bear the cost of the return shipment.
If the goods suffer a loss of value due to unnecessary use to check their quality, properties or functionality, you must pay for this.
C. General information on returns
Please ensure that the goods are returned undamaged and clean. If possible, use the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please provide suitable alternative packaging to avoid transport damage.
Do not return the goods to us freight collect.
